The Latest

My sister Jayne thinks his new haircut makes him look like Ewan McGregor. Thoughts? :)

I love this time of year! Amidst all of the holiday/wedding (Justin's sister's Danielle and Natalie are getting married a day a part from each other in Utah next month! So exciting, but very bittersweet since I do not have the okay to fly at that point which means Justin will be going solo)/baby preparations I am trying my best to keep my stress level under control as I continuously add items to my enormous 'To Do' list. (In fact - just last night I had to split my list into two lists: 'To Do in November' and 'To Do in December' just to keep myself from having a meltdown. :) (And yes - blogging was on my list! :)

This past week Justin has been hard at work refinishing a dresser and nightstand we bought off of Craigslist. He has done a beautiful job and it will look perfect in Baby Girl's room! I'll put up pictures as soon as we've moved it upstairs. :) Right now I am in the midst of painting the entire nursery PINK. I never thought I'd be one to choose such a 'girly' color for the walls, but I may only get one chance at this girl thing and I want to go all out! :) Pictures of a completed nursery are coming soon! (Promise!)

Jack has been driving us crazy with some new 'attitude' he's picked up lately... Thankfully we haven't sold him to the Gypsy's yet. ;) He's also been carrying around the Wal-Mart Toy Catalogue like it's his lifeline. What's so funny is that he's still only about 14 pages into it because he can't get past all of the things he's already found to ask Santa for. His 'must have' item though is an Optimus Prime action figure. How much does he want this toy? Let me give you an example:

The Scene: Last night at the dinner table
Justin: "Jack, do you want to say the blessing?"
Jack: "Umm...sure! Father in Heaven, thank you a-day and a-food. Please bless mine peoples and mine family and you please tell Santa that I want a 'Oct-amus' Prime for Christmas. In the name of cheese (Jesus - but it sounds like he says 'cheese'), Amen!"

Justin and I are planning on a joint big gift (like a work-bench) for the boys since Mr. Optimus Prime is $50 and I *know* it would end up in pieces after just a few weeks of rough play. It has been pretty cute to watch him be so excited about Christmas, though. :) We know he'll love whatever he gets and have explained to him that Santa only picks a few things from his list to leave him on Christmas. This hasn't stopped him from saying, "Oh! I tink I need that for Christmas! I ask Santa, a-maybe he get it for me!" about almost every toy he sees. :)

Eddison finally got a haircut (see above!) and I'm happy to report that as short as it is it's still curly and definitely looks like it will continue to grow back that way! He looks adorable, but I still miss the curls! Eddie has been very excited about Christmas and points out all the 'Christmas stuff' at the store - his favorite things being the huge decorated trees. I think most of his excitement is just from catching onto Jackson's excitement, but it's still so sweet to see him laugh and smile so big whenever Jack points something out.

Eddie has been fighting a cold and one lone-soldier canine tooth slowly making its way through his lower gum so this week has been rough in the sleep department. Luckily it will be the final tooth to complete the set! :) We can't wait to have a happy, healthy, and well rested Eddie back!

Baby Girl is growing beautifully and we got to see her yesterday morning during an ultrasound to check the position of the placenta (which had previously been too close to the cervix for comfort). The placenta has moved up a few inches in the right direction so there is no longer any concern there (YAY!) and more importantly our little girl is SO adorable! (And still a GIRL!) We got to see her opening and closing her mouth and we also saw her stick her little tongue out. I had just had the juice for my glucose test so she was bouncing all over the place - cute! She's already settled into a low, head-down position which makes this mommy eternally grateful since she's no longer kicking down and causing pain that has been appropriately described by a fellow mommy as, "an ice-pick to the cervix." :) We are becoming very anxious and excited to meet our newest little one, but she is under strict orders to stay put until the holidays are over and we've had some time to recover from them! LOL!

Cute boys! Justin did a great job cutting both of their hair!

Mommy and Baby Girl at 27 weeks with a peeking Jack-in-the-window in the background. :)

Uncle Seth, Aunt Jayne, and Cousin Oliver drove up to visit on Tuesday (Veteran's Day) so we were able to celebrate Aunt Jayne's 23rd birthday with her! (Though it was technically the day before ;). Happy Birthday, little Sis!

Justin took monday off from work and we spent the morning with the boys at Monkey Joe's. Since I'm no longer able to throw myself around with reckless abandon Justin got to have all the fun while I took pictures. :)

Happy Halloween 2008!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Having practiced at the trunk-0r-treat last week Jack was primed for official 'trick-or-treating' and managed to fill his plastic pumpkin in just under an hour!  Eddison hit one or two houses and then contentedly sat in the stroller and ate a sucker while Jack did the leg-work for both of them.  :)

Our favorite highlights from the evening were:

#1:  Because Eddie had to take off the 'hat' part of his costume to sit in the stroller he was just in his white and pink ears and his white outfit.  Throw in the fact that his hair is still pretty long and curly and we were just asking for someone to mistake him for a girl!  However, we were not prepared for just how many people - upon noticing Eddie and me waiting on the side-walk -actually asked Jackson, "Does your little sister want a piece of candy, too?"  I was dying!  It was pretty funny... Though Justin made the ears come off after the first case of mistaken identity, it just wasn't enough for people to realize that he was a little boy!  Justin then declared that it was high time for Eddison to get another hair-cut.  I agreed to a trim.  :)

#2:  After about fifteen houses Jack was really on a roll with the whole routine of ringing the doorbell, saying, "trick-or-treat," accepting the candy, and finally saying, "Thank you!"  Then we had a road-block...  He rang the bell and a nice old lady answered.  He dutifully held up his bucket and shouted, "trick-or-treat!"  The lady then picked up her 'treat' bowl, picked out an apple, and tried to put it into Jack's bucket.  When he saw what was coming he kind of pulled his bucket back (it didn't appear intentional at the time, but we realized it was once he spoke up...) and the apple dropped onto the ground.  She said, "Oops!" and picked it up to try again.  This time he started shaking his head and saying, "That's not candy!"  He wasn't saying it rudely - it just sounded like he was trying to explain to her that she was holding an apple and not a treat.  Justin and I just started cracking up and Justin (who had walked him to the door since I was on the street with Eddison) bent down to remind him to say 'thank you' anyway.  But again, Jack just turned to me looking confused as he shrugged his shoulders, shook his head, and yelled loudly, "Why she want to give me a-apple?  That not candy!"  Luckily the woman started laughing, too, and I called back to him that we can get all kinds of things trick-or-treating, not just candy!  (Though I don't know what this woman was thinking!  Like I was going to let him eat an unwrapped food item from a stranger!  The apple immediately went in the trash when we got home.  She seemed nice enough, but if my mom ever taught me anything about Halloween it was that you never ate anything from someone you don't know if it wasn't in a sealed package!)  Jack then simply said, "Oh."  Thank goodness that answer was sufficient enough, LOL!  :)  Justin finally managed to get the apple into his bucket and have Jackson say his 'thank you'.  We definitely had a good laugh for the rest of the evening over that encounter! I love how honest kids are.  :)  (Though I'm sure I'll live to regret that statement!!!)

Aunt Jayne and Uncle Seth came to visit for a few hours with cousin Oliver.  Jayne had made the cutest little frog costume for him!

Jack impatiently waiting for picture time to be over so he could go canvas the neighborhood!

Trick-or-treating!

Eddison before the first 'little sister' comment.  I think he looks adorable!  Though I concede that perhaps the pink and white ears could be a little misleading to the untrained eye... ;)

Jack with his recent haircut.  He really wasn't too into posing for the picture, but he did manage to 'water' the bush by the door immediately afterwards.  Apparently when you've gotta peeps, you've gotta peeps!

How am I going to cut this hair?!  Sadly...with tears and anguish, I'm sure!  He's had a hair-cut before, but his curls grew back and I was so happy!  What if they don't grow back this time?!  *Sigh*  I hope our daughter has curly hair that I'll never have to cut!

Nope.  There's nothing girly about this tank!  He's all boy and I love it!  :)

Preschool and Trunk-Or-Treat!

On Thursday and Friday I had my first turn at teaching preschool and I think it went pretty well! There is an amazing educational supply store nearby that had all sorts of fun wall decor that went along with my lessons which were 'germs/hygiene' and 'visiting the doctor'. (And the great part is that I can keep those on the wall in our playroom and have them every day for the boys to look at and remember!) Thursday was Riley's 3rd birthday so she brought cupcakes for the class and of course those were a big hit, too. :)

We started class with the letter of the day (Bb), the color of the day (green), and the shape of the day (triangle). Then I introduced them to a song to help them memorize the days of the week and the months of the year...(it will take a while for those to stick, I think ;). Afterwards we talked about the weather, the time, and the season. It was so fun and more challenging than I thought trying to describe each of those things in terms they could understand! Those are all things that as adults we just 'know' and it's easy to forget that they haven't been taught the basics yet!

My 'classroom' is in our front room - which used to be a formal dining area, but we removed the table because we only ever use the kitchen table and the space is nice for the boys and their friends to play in. Eventually it will be an office/music area, but for now it makes a great classroom!

The class! Arwen, Kate, Jack, and Riley. There is one kid missing - Austin - who's mom decided to hop on board with our co-op making me very happy since Jack will now have another boy in his class! Austin came on Friday, but I forgot to take pictures. I can't wait until it's my turn to teach again!

*******************************************************************

Last Saturday the sun was shining and the weather was beautiful...perfect conditions for our ward's trunk-or-treat! The boys got to show off their costumes - I suppose I should say Jack got to show off his costume as Eddie was far to consumed with consuming candy to care what I put him in - and they each got more candy than they really needed. (But isn't that the whole point?! :)

I must say their costumes turned out better than I anticipated though Jack was a little upset that I wasn't able to put together a 'Bumblebee' transformer costume for Eddison. I honestly searched for a way to do it, but couldn't find one that didn't require more money than I was willing to spend on it. Especially when he really didn't care at all!

CANDY!!!

The boys decided randomly to sit down in the middle of the parking lot for a candy-break. Trunk-or-treating is hard work!

Justin is supposed to be Napoleon Dynamite. Since he never got around to getting the rest of his costume together he ended up just wearing the hair and the glasses... Napoleon? Not so much... Hysterical? Definitely! :)

Here we are! The Magician and her 'Pulling-a-Rabbit-from-a-hat trick'! It was a last minute idea that turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself! :) (Of course Eddison was the main attraction! All I did was wear a cape and paint a dowel black and white for my 'magic wand'.)

Here's a better picture of the Rabbit-in-a-hat. He was a hit! :)

Here is Optimus Prime! The leader of the Autobots and one seriously cool Transformer! (Not to mention one extremely happy kid!) (Yes...the costume took awhile to paint...and yes, it was totally worth it when he saw it all done and got to put it on! :)

Fun in the Fall

For Family Home Evening this past Monday we attended the Johnston's 4th Annual Pumpkin Carving Party! Granted this year was much more low key with just a few families (ahem...those of us who insisted that it just wouldn't be Halloween/Fall unless we carved pumpkins and ate chili at the Johnston's house!) instead of the masses that attended last year, but it was a still a great time and one of our little (but growing!) family's favorite traditions! In fact - had they decided not to have this annual gathering with all the craziness that has surrounded this month (remember Nellie is also having a baby, chasing two toddlers, AND is constantly kept busy with her demanding calling as Relief Society President!) I would have made a pot of chili and brought our pumpkins over to carve on their porch anyway! :)

Jackson has insisted all month:

"I need a scary face on my pumpkin to scare away the monsters! And Eddie need a funny face on his pumpkin because mine be too scary a-him! Yeah, he too little for a scary face."

I think it's pretty cute he's so concerned with Eddison being too scared! Anyway - Justin took charge of the 'scary face' pumpkin while I went to work on Eddie's 'funny face' pumpkin. The boys were very happy with the end results - even if neither of us win any awards with our primitive designs. ;)

Since the party was on Monday evening I decided to load up the boys and meet Justin at the Johnston's house as this would save time and allow more time for me to get the boys fed before Justin got there. While on our way the new Taylor Swift song, 'Love Story', came on the radio so I turned it up and started singing along. This is what happened next:

Me (loudly singing the lyrics): "You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess..."
Jackson (interrupting): "Mommy! Mom!"
Me: "What?!"
Jack (declaring adamantly): "You can't be a princess! You're a mommy!"
Me (trying to keep a straight face): "Why can't I be a princess, too?"
Jack: "Daddy a-be mad at you if you be a princess and he take you to a-doctor and a-doctor would take your dress."
Me (failing to keep a straight face): "Well why would Daddy be mad if I was a princess?"
Jack (annoyed at my questioning): "If you a-princess then Daddy not know who you are!"

Eddie's first year actually running around and getting caught up in all of the excitement!

Yes - this is the same shirt he wore pumpkin carving last year... What can I say? He's a shrimp! (But a cute one!)

Jack's 'scary face pumpkin' and Eddie's 'funny face pumpkin'

Justin busy gutting Jack's pumpkin. I think he gets the award for 'fastest carver'. :) One might counter he scrimps on the details, but he would readily reply that he's just being efficient. :)

Eddie had the time of his life playing all night in the chilly air with the 'big' kids. I can't believe how independent he's getting!

The Mommy busy gutting Eddie's pumpkin. Granted my design wasn't anything special, but I did take the time to draw it out before cutting!

Hyper-hypo was having so much fun with all the kids that he didn't even stop to eat! Of course there's always time to strike a 'scary monster' pose!

Our pink-cheeked boys taking a well-deserved break from playing in order to oversee some of the carving. They were soon back to running wild and Justin and I loved watching them have so much fun!

Okay - that's enough blogging for now! I need to stop avoiding my tasks at hand which include attempting to MAKE transformer costumes for the boys (though he has never seen the movie Jack has seen the commercials and Justin has explained to him all about how cool transformers are.). Jackson is determined that he needs to be 'Optimus Prime' and that Eddie needs to be 'Bumblebee'. After searching for some ready-made versions (I admit I was hoping to just be able to buy their costumes this year!) and finding that they simply don't make transformer costumes for little guys I was forced to agree to make them. (Jack is just so excited about he and Eddie being transformers! How can I say no to that?!) Don't worry - I'll post pictures of the finished product. :)

I'm also attempting to re-upholster my glider chair since the fabric I wanted (green with polka-dots) finally went 50% off! Wish me luck! I'm now beyond the point of no return - meaning I've stripped the original fabric so I have to press onward. Oh, the things we do for our little ones! LOL!!! :)

Jack: Scholar and Cowboy

Last week a few friends and I officially began our preschool co-op! We had decided to do this a while ago and finally sat down to discuss the curriculum and scheduling. It is set up just like a preschool only with the kids rotating houses each week. Each class (school is twice a week on Thursdays and Fridays) has a planned lesson, activity, etc. Additionally, each child is responsible for bringing their backpack with their own crayons, scissors, glue stick, 'magic carpet' (a place mat for them to sit on during 'circle time'), and of course a change of undies / pull-ups for those still in pull-ups. :)

Tiffany had the first week and decided to teach the kids about cats on Thursday and then dogs on Friday. Jack loved it! He came home both days and told me all about what cats/dogs eat, say, do, etc. He made sure to clarify that, "People do NOT eat cat food!"

This week is my turn and I've decided to do my Thursday lesson on hygiene and germs (teaching them to wash their hands before they eat, after they potty, etc. As well as talking about covering their mouths when they sneeze and cough.) There are tons of cute books at the library about germs and I thought it appropriate for the season! On Friday my lesson will be the related topic of 'going to the doctor'. We'll talk about what doctors do and read one or two fun books on visiting the doctor. I'm so excited!

***************************************

On Saturday Nellie and I did our second 'Pineville Fall Festival' with Hucklebaby. Last year we had a great time and it was a fairly successful show. This year couldn't have been more opposite! The organizers decided to try a new set-up for the booths which resulted in placing us off the sidewalk track and in the muddy grass. (It had poured all day the day before.) The other booths situated similarly were also very upset with the changes. Luckily we managed to make back what it cost to enter the show, but after this experience we're not sure we'll be entering it again next year. (It didn't help that it happened to be the coldest day of the season so far!)

Justin and Jonathan brought the kids by to the festival and we had some fun taking Jack for his first pony ride. Eddie was just a little too short, but will get his chance next year! Jackson actually loved the ride which made the Montana Girl in me so happy! He'd be a great cowboy!

One funny conversation I had with Jackson at the festival occurred when I took him to the restrooms for a 'peep' break. He looked at the old-school toilet (we were using the bathrooms inside a nearby school) and saw the handle and said:

"What's that?" (He's used to seeing the public bathrooms that are almost always automatic.)
I answered, "Oh, that's the handle to flush the toilet because this toilet isn't automatic."
He thought for a second and said, "Not aut-o-matic? Oh! It doesn't flush by itself?"

I was so surprised and impressed that he remembered what it meant! :) Here are some pictures from his first day of school and his first pony ride:

How excited is this face?

The truth comes out... Here he's asking me, "Do you want to see my new backpack?"
Yes - he was more excited about the backpack than anything else. :)

Proudly showing off his new backpack! The first day he insisted on wearing it on the front side of his body instead of his back so everyone could see it. :)

Jack and Daddy getting ready for the ride!

One happy little cowboy!

Counting My Blessings

Today has been one for reflection. Maybe it's the overcast and rainy day that has me pensive and nostalgic - or maybe it's the overdose of serotonin from all of the Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkin's I've consumed over the course of the afternoon? Regardless, I have had some time to reflect on my little family and how in just a few months there will be a whole new dynamic when baby #3 makes her appearance. I worry and wonder about whether I will have enough time to truly show each of my children how much I love them and just how important and special they are! Every night during family prayers (and my own personal prayers) I ask that Jack, Eddie, and Baby Girl will know how much they are loved by their Mommy, Daddy, and Heavenly Father. I think I feel a need to include this in every prayer because I lack the ability and the words to describe to them on my own just how much we love them!

I love my boys! I love that Jackson has a new game where he will come up to me and with a worried expression use his deep 'police-man' voice to ask,

"Excuse me Miss, did you lose your kitten?"
I always have to say, "Oh, yes! Could you help me find it, please?! I'm so worried about her!" Then he replies in the gruff voice, "O-tay, sure! I find it!"
(My 'kitten' is always hiding under something relatively close-by.)

How is it that I can still remember when I found out I was pregnant with him like it was yesterday and yet it's been over three years?! And now I have two precious boys and a new baby girl on the way?! I can't help but marvel and wonder at how Justin and I have been SO blessed! Our children are the most amazing blessings we have ever received and I wish there were words to describe the joy they bring! (All you mommies know what I'm talking about!)

I read in my Parenting magazine a few weeks ago that the average toddler laughs over 200 times a day (easy for me to believe when all I have to do is look at Eddison with my eyebrows raised and he starts belly-laughing!), while the average adult laughs only 4 times a day. I had to laugh at the statistic! I immediately had the thought that the magazine must have only polled adults who don't have toddlers! LOL! Anyone with a toddler (and a sense of humor) laughs almost as much as their child - even if most of the time it's at something funny their toddler is saying or doing. ;) I am so grateful to have a reason to laugh more than 4 times a day... Exponentially more than 4 times a day!

Here are some pictures of my two adorable and entertaining tow-heads taken during a recent photo shoot for Hucklebaby:

Jackson had no problem snuggling up to the blanket when the photographer asked him to hold it closely! :)

The photo-shoot was in the huge (and gorgeous!) backyard of Nellie's sister-in-law, Michelle. They happen to keep chickens and Michelle was gracious enough to let one of them out for Jack to chase. Having been raised from its infancy in a house with four children this chicken was so used to being terrorized that she didn't run much. Jack soon resorted to trying to scare her with his monster growl and face. (This, too, didn't seem to phase her much.)

And since she still didn't run he contented himself with observing her leave a little present on the lawn. (And no, it was not an egg.)

Eddie cautiously observing the scene before taking a swift ride down the slide!

While the photographer (Sabrina) was trying to get pictures of Riley modeling a Hucklebaby dress, Eddison kept running into the picture to 'talk' (a.k.a. babble) to her. He was very insistent and from a distance it looked like he was trying to give her instructions on how to model. I was so glad Sabrina was able to capture the moment! It was hilarious!

Eddie also had no problem toting a rag-quilt around for some pictures!

Alas - he couldn't resist snuggling up to the chenille backing, either. :)

One more cute shot of Jack - who surprisingly actually smiled during the shoot when requested instead of making his typical 'scary monster' face. :)

Baby Girl's Nursery, 23 weeks, and Picaso

After deliberating for the past month over what to do for Baby Girl's nursery bedding I finally made a decision and am SO happy with the results! I had originally wanted to use a few of the fabrics from the Amy Butler collection I am using to make the Chubby Chicks quilt for the crib skirt, bumper, windows, etc., but after getting the charm squares in the mail I decided that they weren't exactly the colors I had envisioned for a nursery. (Though they will be adorable in the quilt!) After scouring the usual online fabric stores and finding nothing to inspire me I was a little disappointed and decided that it would probably just be easier to buy a bedding set. (After all - the quilt will keep me busy for the next year, I'm sure!) However, I couldn't find anything I absolutely loved for a good price. There was a Pottery Barn set I was considering and that Justin insisted we could budget for (he really liked it), but I was still undecided.

Then two nights ago I declared that I needed to go to the fabric store because my nesting mode is starting to kick in and I needed to decide whether we were going to just go ahead and get the PB set or whether I was going to do something else. I ended up walking out of Hancock's with two fabrics that match the scrapbook paper I am using as my guide to decorate exactly! And I got them both at 50% off ($24 total and that will make the crib skirt, window valances, and a few throw pillows!)! I am now officially super excited about the nursery and can't wait to get started on everything!

(Click picture to enlarge for detail)
I purchased several sheets of the cutest scrapbook paper I've ever seen over a year ago with the hopes that someday I'd have a baby girl and be able to use it to make/inspire some of her nursery decor. :) Luckily I didn't have to wait long! :)
The crib skirt and valances will primarily be made from the leaf patterned fabric and trimmed with the stripes. I will be using the polka-dotted fabric (which wasn't on sale so I haven't gotten yet...I'm patiently waiting for it to go 40 - 50% off!) to recover my glider. (Jack took a pen to the cushions and it's in desperate need of re-upholstery!) Can I even describe how excited I am that everything seems to have been made to go together?! :)

So this is not nursery related, but I had to take a picture of these adorable socks my mom bought Baby Girl while she was here visiting. SO cute!

Me at 23 weeks pregnant and on the phone. What else is new? :) Look at that belly! I have definitely moved into the 'rapid growth' section of the pregnancy! :)

Jack drew this today and I had to share... He pointed out from left to right: "Daddy, Jack, Eddie, Mommy." I love that Daddy only has one eye and is about 1/3 the size of the rest of us...LOL!!!

Nana from Montana

Last week the boys had a special treat... Nana! She flew in from Montana to meet baby Oliver and see how much our boys have grown since she last saw them over a year ago. It was so much fun having her here! For most of the week Jayne, Seth, and Oliver also stayed here so they could get maximum Nana time, too. The house was definitely full, but it was so much fun having so much family over all at once! The only thing that could have made the week more perfect was if Auntie Julia had been able to come out, too. We missed her so much!

The time just flew by and we were all very sad to see Nana go this morning. We are very much looking forward to her next visit sometime in March or April 2009... after all, there will be a new baby for her to meet by then, too! :)

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK:

* Shopping with Nana as she went a little crazy buying Oliver adorable clothes and shower gifts! Jack and Eddie didn't totally miss out - she bought them the DVD 'Toy Story' which they both just love! (And of course she kept them pumped with all sorts of candy! I couldn't deny a Nana's right to spoiling her grandchildren. :)
* Pride & Prejudice night! (The REAL one - with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle, not the knock off Keira Knightly version!) I'm used to watching this movie alone (Justin cannot be persuaded that Colin Firth alone is worth watching the film for :) so having Jayne and Mom here to enjoy it with was heaven!
* Seth was officially converted to NASCAR when Justin took him to a race during our aforementioned 'Pride & Prejudice' night. At first he was pretty ambivalent about going, but when he and Justin got home around 1 a.m. he was sporting a new NASCAR t-shirt and hat representing his favorite driver. (I can't remember who it is.) Now he's practically memorized all there is to know about NASCAR and Jayne is officially a member of the NASCAR widows club! :)

Here are some pictures of the fun we had with Nana, Aunt Jayne, Uncle Seth, and Cousin Oliver:

A 'Meet the Baby' party for Jayne and Oliver! Great friends and food...is there anything else?

The new mommy and the Nana.

A fun walk on a beautiful day!

Isn't my nephew adorable?! Holding a newborn all week has definitely made me even more anxious to meet our little girl in just a few months!

Identical twins! Oliver looks exactly like his daddy - posture and all! :)

Nana and grandchild #3 - Oliver Seth!

Nana and my boys.

Eddison gave Nana plenty of hugs and snuggles (and played lots of 'chase' with her!) during her visit.

Jack and Nana got to be bunk mates for the week! Jackson sleeps on the top bunk and got to enjoy having Nana on the bottom bunk every morning...even if his main motive was to scare her by hiding in the closet before she woke up. :)

I could NOT get a picture of all of them looking at the same time! So here's the 'Nana with all of her grandchildren' shot... Thanks to my boys for being the two trouble-makers!

A proud Nana and her newest grandson, Oliver.
